Hey Matt. I am nee to the channel and love it. I am sure you are past this by now but have some ideas for the burned out building to make it the outdoor facility. This is what I use to do is help people come up with things to do with existing things. One idea I love is you can first reinforce some of the stone by reconcreting it. (Won't work with all. Then connect rustic pipe and fill with plants. Climbing plants and cedar accents- even some pots if you want to keep them up. It would nake it very secret garden. Stone, pipe and cedar. Lots of the plants I would bet you can fine on the grounds. Mix in berries. Blueberries, raspberries. And you could even do climbing roses. Stone patio with stone or wooden tables. Lots of ferry lights. All pretty inexpensive to do.

Buy a bunch of aged oak for cooking……. Learn how to trim your brisket. Try kosher salt. Fresh ground pepper Lawrys …. Rub mustard on the brisket for a binder …..

Great video but I would never buy bottles of unknown provenance and conservation. These bottles were badly preserved temperature wise.

The extra room needs a Treadmill and Gym set. Airbnb comes with its own gym. Mirrors on the wall.

depending on the temp in that cellar, that 2002 OpusOne is worth between 400 and 500 a bottle. it was in the box so I would assume they are still good since they are peak for drinking at 10 years, but can store up to 30 years or longer. the key to opus one is it pulls only the best grapes so they don't do a vintage every year. only in good years.

You guys should make the in side of the cave look like a hobbits home for your resort when it's finished and you could give the entrance one of those ornate round wooden doors that would be cool

Matt, instead of trashing that beautiful HUGE table, give it a some creativity, ingenuity, scale it down, a few new legs and throw some dining chairs around it and VOILA ! ! ! You've got a beautiful dining table with perhaps a couple of leaf's for expansion. I would even go so far as to sand and refinish the top with a nice Verathane finish (perhaps Colonial Maple or Golden Pecan) and you've got yourself an amazing, beautiful custom, scalable FORMAL dining table. That space SHOULD BE The Formal Dining Room and when not used for that, the perfect meeting or conference room for impromptu meetings. JUST DO IT CARRIKER !!!!

Bigger round table for bigger room. Sage green for outside paint and a bug zapper. Second bedroom needs an elephant lamp between twin beds.
